- Review and understand contract drawings, specifications, and BOQ in detail.
- Prepare electrical designs, load calculations, and system layouts.
- Develop shop drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Coordinate electrical works with HVAC, plumbing, fire, and civil teams.
- Supervise installation of cables, panels, switchgear, and equipment.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure timely execution.
- Validate design issues and propose practical technical solutions.
- Review and approve electrical material and shop drawing submittals.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and project standards.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Log all changes and update as-built drawings regularly.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost control.
- Support change orders, variations, and scope modifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, inspectors, and client representatives.
- Ensure quality procedures and inspection checklists are followed.
- Enforce project safety rules and HSE regulations on site.
- Conduct inspections and testing of installed electrical systems.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of panels, transformers, UPS, DG, and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot faults and ensure system performance and reliability.
- Prepare final handover documents, reports, and client approvals.
