We are looking for a highly driven, articulate, and strategic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our B2B brand partnerships. If you are a proactive deal-opener who knows how to navigate digital platforms and loves the thrill of building a premium pipeline, this role is for you.
What You Will Do (The Role)
- Pipeline Generation: Research, map out, and build high-quality databases of target "dream brands" (specifically luxury lifestyle, jewelry, and premium corporate sectors) across Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore.
- Warm Strategic Outreach: Initiate high-value professional relationships through structured, personalized outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, corporate email, and warm social touchpoints.
- Consultative Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and initial pitches with brand managers, marketing heads, and business owners. You will confidently articulate our agency's visual expertise and share tailored case studies.
- Inbound Lead Management: Act with absolute speed and professionalism to qualify and nurture inbound inquiries coming through our advertising campaigns, website, and social media channels.
- Meeting Settings: Your primary metric of success is qualifying prospects and scheduling high-value pitch meetings/presentations for the agency leadership to close.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain immaculate, up-to-the-minute documentation of your sales funnel, interaction logs, and follow-up schedules in our central CRM system.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Immaculate Communication: Flawless, highly sophisticated spoken and written English. You must possess the professional vocabulary required to converse easily with senior corporate directors and luxury brand managers.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, agency business development, inside sales, or high-end client relationship management.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: You are highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven. You don't wait for things to happen; you proactively open doors.
- Tech & Social Savvy: Highly comfortable using modern professional tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Zoho), and virtual communication setups. You have a sharp eye for analyzing a brand's current social media presence.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable with an early morning start (e.g. 8:30 AM IST) when required to effectively align with business hours in the Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.
