We are an IT and AV consulting firm offering solutions to and undertaking projects for Govt organizations. We are looking to hire enthusiastic result-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from buyers/sellers, handling a high volume of enquiries related to IT procurement, product listings, and service issues.
- Assist users with the procurement process, e-bidding and navigating the IT product category on the GeM portal.
- Handle basic IT support inquiries, such as issues with installations and post installation issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or managers for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to address customer needs and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolution steps. Create daily/weekly reports on call volumes and resolutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and sales applications
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Team player with the ability to maintain company integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
