Provides clerical and technical support to QA Analyst.
Assists QA Analyst with general project and administration support while learning the job.
Assists in the preparing/updating of status reports and task planning activities.
Monitors defects/change tickets and sends to the appropriate QA Team member.
Assists in the creation/execution of test cases and scenarios.
Provides assistance with research and writes the documentation of test requirements for projects.
Serves as a Junior level role within the software family.
