About the Role
Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Direct Marketing to lead our outbound marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B direct marketing, with expertise in identifying target accounts, building prospect lists, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and generating qualified business opportunities through strategic email and LinkedIn campaigns.
We are looking for someone who understands business logic, buyer personas, and sales strategy—not someone who relies on mass messaging or random outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B direct marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target decision-makers across industries.
- Build and manage prospect databases using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns with high engagement rates.
- Design and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Conduct account research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support pipeline growth.
- Track campaign performance, response rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage CRM data and maintain accurate lead records.
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies using A/B testing and analytics.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, and campaign personalization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Direct Marketing, B2B Marketing, Outbound Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesQL, or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience with email automation platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Mailshake.
- Strong understanding of ICP development, buyer personas, account research, and lead qualification.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for personalized outreach.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in IT Services, SaaS, AI, Software, or Technology companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of AI-powered sales and marketing tools is an added advantage.
