Job Description
A reputed hospital is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in hospital recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting both clinical and non-clinical professionals and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment MIS.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Experience in hospital recruitment is mandatory.
- Candidates from non-hospital recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
