- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved completely.
- Meet quality standards, response time, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on company products, processes, and service offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services when appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers through courteous and empathetic service.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer feedback and recurring issues.
