Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in the B2C service industry, preferably in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or similar sectors.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead conversion, client meetings, requirement understanding, and supporting the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to closure. Strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a passion for achieving sales targets are essential.
Key Responsibilities

- Schedule meetings for presentation

- Handle client queries, objections..
- Payment collections
- Address post service support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Architecture / Service Industry Sales.
- Experience in handling B2C sales and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.
- Kannada language is mandatory.
