Department: Academics
Job Purpose
To prepare and guide students for the NEET examination by delivering high-quality subject instruction, conducting assessments, and helping students strengthen their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver NEET coaching classes .
- Teach concepts aligned with the NEET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Prepare study materials, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Clarify students' doubts and support them in improving their performance.
- Track student progress and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective coaching delivery.
- Maintain attendance and basic academic records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject
- Prior experience in NEET coaching is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and good communication skills.
Experience
- 2+ years of teaching or NEET coaching experience preferred.
- Experienced school teachers with NEET coaching expertise are also encouraged to apply.
