Summary:
ERP Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our Oracle-based ERP system. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations across our core business modules and acting as a liaison between internal users and external technical consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Support: Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SD, MM, PM, and PP modules.
- Incident Management: Manage the internal ticketing system, independently resolving Level 1 and 2 support issues.
- Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for new employees on ERP navigation and functional workflows.
- Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and logic configurations to suggest improvements within the Oracle framework.
- User Advocacy: Translate user requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree in Engineering, BCA, or MCA.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in an Oracle-based ERP environment within a manufacturing context.
- Strong understanding of ERP business logic, table structures, and basic configuration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a methodical approach to technical troubleshooting.
