Work From Home – Customer Support Executive (Fashion Jewellery)
We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Work From Home Customer Support Executive to join our growing fashion jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Track customer orders and provide shipping updates.
- Handle order-related queries, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and after-sales support.
- Follow up with courier partners for delayed shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and order updates.
- Escalate complex issues to the management team when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business, Gmail, and basic computer applications.
- Strong typing and communication skills.
- Good internet connection and a personal laptop/computer.
- Ability to multitask and work independently from home.
- Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.
