Job Summary
Cevex Events is looking for a creative and experienced Event Conceptualizer to join our team. The candidate should have experience in both wedding and corporate events and must be capable of developing creative event concepts, themes and visual presentations based on client requirements.
The role requires attending client meetings, coordinating with internal teams and travelling for event-related work when required.
Responsibilities
- Create creative concepts and themes for weddings and corporate events
- Develop mood boards, stage concepts and event presentation ideas
- Understand client requirements and present customized event concepts
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
- Coordinate with production and design teams for execution
- Research current event trends and creative ideas
- Support the team with event styling and presentation development
Required Skills
- Strong creative and visualization skills
- Good drawing and sketching abilities
- Knowledge of event styling and décor concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Software Knowledge
- Procreate
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
Language Requirements
- English
- Malayalam

- Tamil
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the event industry
- Experience in wedding and corporate events is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
