Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oil & Gas/EPC projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, client coordination, budget control, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Ensure timely completion of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress and address delays proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, production, and site teams.
- Manage subcontractors and vendor performance.
Cost & Budget Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets.
- Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Review billing, invoices, and payment milestones.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements.
- Oversee project documentation and change management.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of EPC project execution in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in pressure vessels, piping, tanks, or process equipment projects.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and international engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
