Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation when required.
- Review and modify designs based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the required timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Client handling and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of current architectural trends and materials.
- Good understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
