Job Title: Hindi Telecaller (Customer Support)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Hindi Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up with leads, and support basic customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Hindi.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.
- Explain products / services clearly and politely.
- Do regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
- Update customer details and call status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order and customer support issues.
Required Skills
- Good spoken communication in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).
- Clear and confident speaking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, simple Excel).
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Patient, polite and customer-focused attitude.
Eligibility
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Willing to work on calling and follow-up targets.
Preferred (Good to have)
- Experience in outbound lead calling.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and follow-up process.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
