Job Description:
Position Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with business leaders and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
● Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
● Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
● Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
HR Operations & Administration
● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data
● Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs
● Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes
Employee Relations & Engagement
● Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
● Support employee engagement initiatives, communication, and HR programs
● Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution
Policy, Compliance & Governance
● Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
● Support drafting, updating, and implementation of HR policies and SOPs
● Assist in HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
Skills & Competencies
● Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
● Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
● Experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
● Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
