We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support key HR functions while contributing to a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience and strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR responsibilities, coordinating with management and employees, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and resolve employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, MIS reports, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR operational processes.
- Support performance appraisal, goal-setting, confirmation, and performance improvement processes.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, recognition programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Support statutory compliance and ensure adherence to company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, headcount, and employee engagement.
- Support employee retention initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related requirements and people matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee experience.
- Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and internal HR reviews.
- Guide and support junior HR team members, where applicable.
- Handle additional HR responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, documentation, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent people-handling and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Ability to prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
- Professional attitude with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
