Job Summary
We are looking for a Packing Assistant to support the packing and dispatch of industrial instruments, process equipment, and related products. The person will be responsible for proper handling, checking, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for safe shipment to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive finished products from the production/quality department for packing.
- Check product quantity, identification, and basic condition before packing.
- Pack instruments and equipment safely using appropriate packing materials.
- Use cartons, wooden boxes, bubble wrap, thermocol, foam, plastic sheets, tapes, and other protective materials as required.
- Ensure products are properly protected against damage, dust, moisture, and movement during transportation.
- Prepare and paste product labels, identification labels, and shipping/dispatch markings.
- Follow packing instructions provided by the supervisor or dispatch team.
- Assist in packing different types of industrial products such as measuring instruments, valves, strainers, level instruments, rotameters, and related equipment.
- Handle products carefully to prevent scratches, dents, breakage, or other damage.
- Assist in loading and unloading packed material when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the packing area.
- Keep packing materials properly organized and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
- Support the dispatch team in preparing materials for transportation.
- Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
- Perform other packing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th/ Diploma pass preferred.
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or dispatch will be an advantage.
- Basic ability to read product labels and understand packing instructions.
- Physically fit and able to handle materials safely.
- Good attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn industrial product handling and packing procedures.
Preferred Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers may also be considered based on their attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Location: Plot No. 1706/12, GIDC, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat – 393002.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
