Hiring Alert - Business Development Manager (BDM)
KLM Assets Fin is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Manager for our Kottayam branch. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the NBFC or chit fund sector, with strong expertise in customer engagement, business expansion, and portfolio growth.
This role is responsible for strengthening branch performance, expanding market reach, and driving sustainable business growth through effective customer acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for chit fund operations through field visits, customer interactions, and market outreach
- Promote chit schemes through direct marketing activities, networking, and local-level engagement initiatives
- Achieve business targets by increasing subscriber enrollment and improving customer participation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence and long-term engagement
- Monitor collections and coordinate timely follow-ups on pending installments
- Review branch performance and recommend measures to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the NBFC or chit fund industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling business targets effectively
- Candidates from Kottayam, Kanjikuzhy, and nearby locations will be preferred
