Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis, growth marketing, conversion optimization, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth across digital channels.
· Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms while ensuring maximum ROI, ROAS, and budget efficiency.
· Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
· Implement testing and conversion rate optimization strategies for ads, landing pages, creatives, and audience segments.
· Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, and Development teams to create high-performing marketing assets and user acquisition funnels.
· Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
· Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Required Skills.
· 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably in an Agency- based Company.
· Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio.
· Strong experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
· Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking implementation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
· Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a performance marketing team while fostering collaboration and accountability.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on delivering results.
