About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Physiotherapist Team Leader to lead our Home Care Physiotherapy team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing physiotherapists while ensuring high-quality patient care at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of home care physiotherapists.
- Ensure high standards of patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient outcomes and maintain quality of clinical services.
- Conduct clinical audits, case discussions, and performance reviews.
- Handle patient escalations and provide clinical guidance for complex cases.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and operations for seamless patient care.
- Train and onboard new physiotherapists on clinical protocols and documentation.
- Plan therapist schedules and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Drive patient satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines and company SOPs.
- Participate in business development activities, community programs, and awareness camps when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
- Valid State Physiotherapy Registration
- 5–6 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in Home Healthcare will be highly preferred
