Technical Sales specialist:
- Responsible for complete sales cycle in assigned territory
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives per territory and execution of set strategies.
- develop stretegies for account mapping and go to market strategy in close coordination with marketing and PASS team
- Lead and execute activities such as joint sales calls, sales workshop, product training, pipeline management etc.
- Developing & executing short term and long term business strategy for assigned territory
- Responsible for sales/orders through direct channel in assigned territory
- Responsible for proper participation in tenders in assigned territory
- To manage the ongoing day-to-day relationship with customers
- Prepare accurate monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and funnel metrics
- Ability to identify risks vs. opportunities and proactively suggest corrective actions
- Maintain high forecast accuracy (clear visibility on closures and slippages).
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensure 100% hygiene : timely updates of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and pipeline stages
- Ability to analyze CRM data to derive insights (conversion rates, pipeline gaps, forecasting accuracy)
- Drive CRM adoption as a daily working tool , not just a reporting system
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks and key opinion leaders
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Have a close eye on competitor activities in the assigned territory
- Escalating customer related issue to HO in order to maintain smooth relationship with customersAct as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Handle complaints and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and satisfaction in sales process
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Master in Physics or material Science or equivalent. MBA will be additional preference.
- Relevant certifications in sales or technology are a plus.
Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling B2B technology products, hardware and software
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Ability to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.
