Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records of all client queries, sales data, and complaint calls in Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments for smooth process flow.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending queries and service updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients over calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle South Indian clients confidently and maintain professional communication.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with South Indian clients effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional and polite behavior with clients.
Pay: ₹15,934.91 - ₹21,905.33 per month
