Role : Tele Calling Executive
Location: Simmakkal,Madurai,Tamil Nadu
Industry: Automobile – Truck Spare Parts
Salary: 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate sales, follow up on enquiries, and maintain customer relationships across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Promote products, share pricing and stock availability, and process orders.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and repeat business.
- Maintain customer records and daily call/sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and billing teams for order processing.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve basic queries.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, or CRM.
- Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Automobile/truck spare-parts knowledge is an advantage.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
