Monitor and control daily production activities to achieve shift and monthly targets.

Ensure smooth operation of spinning machinery across all stages of yarn manufacturing.

Coordinate with the quality assurance team to reduce defects and customer complaints.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely rectification.

Record machine efficiency, production output, waste generation, and downtime.

Maintain production and process records for management review.

Promote safe work practices on the shop floor and support safety audits and implementation of corrective actions.
