Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our leadership team to design, execute, and monitor customized, comprehensive, and innovative marketing plans to drive awareness and growth
- Execute a wide range of campaign activity including social media and email marketing ideas to ensure timely kickoffs and measurable success
- Utilizing avenues like influencers and blogs for wider reach
- Content creation for digital platforms, campaigns, posts, videos
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Provide clear internal communications so sales teams are up to date on marketing activities
- Preparing Monthly reports
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of Marketing Experience in Real Estate industry
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong writing skills and experience with content
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Pay: ₹316,378.92 - ₹1,287,914.21 per year
