Job Summary
We are looking for freshers with a passion for the stock market to join as Customer Support Interns. You will assist clients with trading accounts, platform navigation, and market-related queries. Upon successful completion, interns may be offered a full-time role with a salary package of ₹2.52 LPA (including PF).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with account setup, KYC verification, and basic trading queries.
Resolve minor technical issues related to trading platforms and escalate complex problems to the IT team.
Provide clients with basic market trends and stock performance updates.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain proper records of client interactions.

Education: Open to graduates from any stream.

Skills Required:**
Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi/regional language).
Basic understanding of stock markets (training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Certifications like NISM, finance-related online courses, or mock trading experience.
