About the Role
Connect4Sure Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Solution Delivery to lead and manage solution delivery operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, proven experience in team management, client handling, and effective escalation resolution.
The role requires ensuring successful project execution, maintaining service quality, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Solution Delivery Engineers.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks based on project requirements.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Build a high-performance and customer-focused delivery team.
Solution Delivery Operations
- Ensure timely and successful execution of projects within agreed timelines.
- Monitor project progress and delivery quality across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless implementation.
- Track operational KPIs and ensure service excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related client interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
Escalation Management
- Handle customer escalations and operational challenges proactively.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quick issue resolution.
- Escalate critical matters to management when required.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare delivery reports, performance dashboards, and project status reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong escalation management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, IT deployment, and field operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Telecom, Network Infrastructure, IT Services, Solution Delivery, or Project Coordination.
- Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory.
