- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and hospital operations experience with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all treatments and therapies at VNH.
- Supervise and coordinate doctors, nurses, therapists, physiotherapists, yoga trainers, and support staff.
- Define staff duties, manage scheduling, and monitor therapist overtime in coordination with the Doctor In-Charge.
- Lead digitization and maintenance of patient case records for clinical review and discussions.
- Conduct periodic staff meetings and training programs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure effective manpower deployment based on patient demand and occupancy levels.
- Monitor patient communication and coordinate smoothly with reception, booking, charting, and discharge functions.
- Establish systems and processes for the efficient day-to-day functioning of VNH.
- Recruit, train, and develop the clinical team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support budgeting and administrative activities to improve operational efficiency and coordination.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
