Festivals From India is looking for a PR and Marketing Consultant to lead integrated communications for its flagship creative sector conference, CultureCon’s 2026 edition. Dynamic and strategic, this PR & Marketing Consultant will be responsible for driving visibility, audience engagement, and brand positioning across media, digital platforms, and partnerships within the creative and cultural sectors.
The consultant will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to execute a cohesive and high-impact communications strategy in the lead-up to the conference.
Working Days: Full Time, 5-day work week (Monday - Friday); As well as 10 working Saturdays through the year.
Essential Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (preferably in media, culture, events, or creative industries)
- Experience working on events, festivals, or conferences is highly preferred.
- Strong media network and proven track record of securing coverage
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
- A postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Brand Management is preferred but not mandatory
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or public relations (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PR & Media Relations
- Develop and execute a targeted PR strategy for CultureCon 2026.
- Build and manage relationships with key media across arts, culture, business, and lifestyle sectors.
- Secure high-quality media coverage (print, digital, broadcast).
- Draft press releases, media kits, and talking points.
- Coordinate interviews, features, and speaker announcements.
2. Marketing & Campaign Strategy
- Design and implement a multi-channel marketing plan (digital, social, email, partnerships).
- Work with design and content teams to develop campaign assets.
- Oversee content calendars aligned with event milestones.
- Identify and leverage cultural moments and trends for visibility.
3. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and onboard media and marketing partners.
- Develop co-branded campaigns with ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate cross-promotions with participating organisations and speakers.
4. Digital & Audience Growth
- Drive audience acquisition strategies (organic + paid, if applicable).
- Optimise campaign performance across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.
- Track engagement metrics and adapt strategies in real time.
5. Event Communications
- Manage pre-event, on-ground, and post-event communications.
- Support speaker announcements, agenda reveals, and key updates.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
