Job Summary
Shree Ram Wood Industries is looking for a skilled and motivated Electronics Technician to join our maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and electronic systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, control panels, and other industrial electronic equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation-related faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor and maintain industrial automation and control systems for efficient plant operations.
- Calibrate electronic instruments, sensors, and measuring devices as per maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Monitor the performance of electrical and electronic equipment and recommend improvements where required.
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory related to electronic and automation equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines and automation systems when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
- Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, industrial sensors, and control panels.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motor control circuits, and industrial automation.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
