We are looking for a sincere, organized, and tech-savvy Office Executive to manage e-Stamping, documentation, record maintenance, and office administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, online portals, and office documentation while also being willing to undertake occasional field visits for official work.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and print e-Stamp certificates accurately.
* Maintain physical and digital records of e-Stamps and related documents.
* Handle data entry, document preparation, and typing work.
* Operate online government and business portals efficiently.
* Manage office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents and records.
Required Skills
* Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet Browsing).
* Fast and accurate typing skills in English and Hindi.
* Ability to learn and operate online portals .
* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
