Role Overview
We are seeking a self-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth for digital quality and SPC solutions across Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, customer engagement, and achieving defined revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of digital quality solutions (SPC, QMS, Industry 4.0 systems) across assigned territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing sectors
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Act as the first point of contact for customers for commercial, technical, and support-related queries
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations
- Work closely with application and project teams for solution alignment
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure continuous follow-up
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2–5 years of experience in CAD/CAM/ERP / industrial software sales or application
- Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Team player with high ownership

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
