Position: Hospital Pharmacy Manager

Experience: 5+ years in hospital pharmacy, with relevant managerial experience
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Registration: Valid State Pharmacy Council registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations across the hospital.
- Ensure proper dispensing, storage, procurement, and inventory management of medicines.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs, expiries, and wastage.
- Monitor pharmacy inventory, purchase orders, GRNs, and consumption patterns.
- Ensure compliance with Drug & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
- Supervise and guide pharmacists and pharmacy support staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of pharmacy records.
- Monitor controlled/high-alert medicines and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, purchase, stores, accounts, and administration teams.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Review near-expiry and expired medicines and ensure proper disposal procedures.
- Implement medication safety and quality-control practices.
- Prepare pharmacy-related MIS reports and operational updates for management.
- Handle vendor coordination and support medicine procurement activities.
- Train pharmacy staff on SOPs, medication safety, and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
