Job Summary
The General Duty Assistant (GDA) is responsible for assisting nurses and doctors in providing quality patient care, maintaining cleanliness, supporting patient mobility, and ensuring a safe and comfortable hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Doctor during patient care and routine procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and medical equipment.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff.
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing beds and maintaining ward supplies.
Educational Qualification
- .Graduation
- 10+2 preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic patient care and hygiene assistance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and compassionate attitude.
- Physical stamina and time management.
- Knowledge of hospital safety and infection control practices.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
