Job Summary
Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dedicated and responsible Security Guard for the day shift to maintain the safety and security of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and company property. The candidate should be alert, disciplined, and capable of handling routine security duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the factory premises during the assigned shift.
- Check and record the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor registers and vehicle movement records.
- Assist management during emergencies and follow all security procedures.
- Ensure that factory rules and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work a 12-hour day shift.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Good observation and communication skills.
