Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to creating a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and recruitment databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage exit interviews and clearance procedures.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
4. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance reviews.
- Support managers in employee development initiatives.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support career development and succession planning activities.
7. HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Salary Range: Depends on industry, location, and experience level.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
