The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales conversions for Carpetizers. This role involves direct client engagement, market research, and relationship management to expand the company’s presence in both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and industry trends.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and present Carpetizers’ services effectively.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and close deals.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts with revenue goals.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Support in contract negotiations, proposal development, and deal structuring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
- Coordinate contract execution and post-sales relationship management.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM systems with customer details and sales progress.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in Sales, CRM, or Negotiation Techniques are preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to convince customers and close deals.

Professional Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in service-based industries, is preferred.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Enhance lead-to-client conversion rates through targeted engagement.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and positive feedback.
