Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center and ensure a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain service details, costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
- Provide accurate updates to customers regarding service progress
- Upsell and promote AMC, EW Plus, and other value-added services
- Ensure collection of customer feedback and Google reviews
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain proper documentation and records of service activities
- Ensure delivery of vehicles as per promised time with quality check
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers/four-wheelers
- Ability to manage multiple customers and service schedules
- Computer knowledge and experience with service management systems
