Job Summary
Prabal Motors Private Limited(Official Dealer of Bharat Benz) is urgently hiring an Executive Accountant for our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) location. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial record management.
Local candidates from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST return filing and GST portal activities.
- Assist in taxation and statutory compliance.
- Work on SAP for accounting-related transactions.
- Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and other accounting reports as required.
- Ensure proper record maintenance and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in GST return filing and GST Portal.
- Good understanding of taxation and accounting principles.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Eligibility
- B.Com or M.Com graduate.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Aurangabad/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar will be given preference.
