About the Role
House of EdTech is looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy, and performance-driven Senior AI-First Copywriter & Communication Strategist who can turn products, offers, and customer insights into compelling communication that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.
This role goes beyond content writing. We are looking for someone who understands consumer psychology, buying behavior, creative strategy, and performance marketing. You will work closely with marketers, designers, editors, and founders to create high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Communication
- Understand products, target audiences, customer pain points, objections, and buying triggers.
- Develop persuasive communication angles that drive customer action.
- Create content strategies for advertising campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
- Build creative concepts that support both brand awareness and performance marketing goals.
- Analyze audience motivations and decision-making patterns to improve messaging effectiveness.
Copywriting & Scriptwriting
- Write high-performing ad copy and video scripts for Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Develop compelling hooks, headlines, CTAs, storytelling scripts, founder-led content, UGC scripts, and talking-head videos.
- Create conversion-focused content for D2C, EdTech, SaaS, coaching businesses, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
AI-Powered Research & Ideation
- Use AI tools to conduct market research, audience analysis, competitor research, and content ideation.
- Create effective prompts, frameworks, swipe files, and content systems.
- Stay updated on AI tools, platform trends, and changing consumer behavior.
- Convert AI-generated insights into original, human-centered communication.
Performance Marketing Support
- Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, editors, and founders to create conversion-focused campaigns.
- Understand key marketing metrics such as CTR, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance.
- Review creative assets and recommend improvements in messaging, hooks, offers, pacing, and CTA structure.
Brand & Content Development
- Support brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice development.
- Create content pillars, campaign concepts, launch strategies, and monthly content themes.
- Ensure all communication remains relevant, differentiated, and audience-focused.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, creative strategy, advertising, content strategy, brand communication, or performance marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong copywriting, scriptwriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives and ad copy.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to simplify complex products and communicate them effectively.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of creative outcomes and campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience preferred.
- Experience working with D2C brands, EdTech companies, SaaS businesses, creators, coaches, founders, or performance-driven brands.
- Ability to write in Hinglish is an added advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing ad scripts, campaigns, landing pages, social content, or brand communication work is mandatory.
