We are expanding our footprint in Bangalore and are looking for a relentless Business Development Manager who thrives on the thrill of the hunt to drive our client acquisition strategy.
The Role: Business Development Manager (Sales Hunter)
This is not an account management or "relationship maintenance" role. We are looking for a pure sales hunter. Your primary mission will be to identify target companies, crack open new accounts, introduce our AI-driven recruitment platform, and secure exclusive mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- New Logo Acquisition: Build a robust pipeline from scratch through aggressive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Client Consultation: Pitch our unique AI-powered recruitment capabilities to HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and C-suite executives, demonstrating how we deliver better talent, faster.
- Negotiation & Closing: Own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and running presentations to commercial negotiation and onboarding new clients.
- Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of Bangalore’s booming tech and non-tech ecosystems to identify high-growth companies actively scaling their teams.
What We Are Looking ForMust-Haves
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven track record in a core sales hunting role, ideally within the recruitment, staffing, corporate training, or B2B SaaS industries.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-starter who isn't afraid of cold outreach, loves breaking into new accounts, and is motivated by a high-incentive structure.
- Bangalore Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local business landscape and corporate tech hubs (Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Electronic City, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Great-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Existing Clientele: Candidates who bring an existing network of HR/TA decision-makers or corporate clients in Bangalore will be given strong preference and fast-tracked.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and a genuine excitement for how AI is changing the talent landscape.
