- Any graduate with good communication skills. Candidate with prior experience of selling financial products (Insurance, Mutual Fund, Post Office Investment etc.) may get relaxation for graduation requirement.
- Fluency in at least two Indian languages (One of them must be either English or Hindi).
- Familiar with internet and browsing world, at least should be using mobile devices (Tablet, Smart phone, or Laptop) for the last two years.
- Comfortable with basic arithmetic. e.g. calculating percentage profit/loss of simple accounting transactions.
- Has no past record of any criminal, cheating or fraud court case.

Primarily, it is high incentive based job. 80% of evangelists are expected to
take home between Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000. There is no assurance on the bottom side and no cap on the upper side. It is kind of small business in which you pass all risks to the company and focus purely on reward.
Based on performance and time in service, an Evangelist can grow his/her career with company as Individual Contributor (IC) as well as people manager. As IC, an Evangelist can grow to ASE (Active Safe Evangelist), MVE (Most Valuable Evangelist), Distinguished Evangelist(DE) and Partner Evangelist (PE).
As people manager they can grow in role of Lead Evangelist, Regional Evangelist and Country Evangelist. All the above roles (except entry level Evangelist role) are linked to very good salary as well as performance linked perks & rewards.
