Assist in quality checking and testing of electrical control panels and components
Perform routine inspection and testing as per quality standards and company procedures
Maintain testing records, reports, and documentation accurately
Identify defects, faults, or non-conformities during inspection and report to seniors
Coordinate with production, store, and dispatch departments for quality compliance
· Analyze nearly finished product samples daily for quality, durability, safety and known product specifications before the final stage of production.
· Document quality assurance practices by entering data into logbooks, noting information in computer databases and recording all inventory and actions.
· Responsible for inspection on all outgoing shipment containers
· Performing internal audits on various departments
· Responsible for addressing customer complaints and corrective actions
· Record meeting minutes and prepare meeting agenda(s)
· Prepare monthly activity reports
· Help When received file from production check point given below
- Verify product and print match to the work order colour composition
- Communicate any print quality issues to the print machine operator
- Check circuit positive
- Maintain the cleanness of department
· Printed material should be error free before dispatch
· If there is any printing material rework from operator (If possible)
