About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Warehouse Manager - 3PL Operations to oversee and optimize operations across our network of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. This role will own the end-to-end performance of warehouse operations — from inbound receiving and inventory management to outbound dispatch and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate will act as the key coordination point between internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and consistent service quality across all facilities.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Managing day-to-day operations across multiple 3PL warehouses, ensuring consistent performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to agreed standards
- Acting as the central point of coordination between warehouse partners and internal teams including supply chain, procurement, sales, customer service, and finance
- Monitoring warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and building reports/dashboards to track operational effectiveness and identify performance gaps
- Driving inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and preventive controls
- Ensuring smooth inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch management
- Tracking and enforcing SLA adherence, identifying breaches, and coordinating corrective action plans with 3PL partners
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and warehouse performance
- Conducting regular operational reviews and governance meetings with warehouse partners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all warehouse locations
An ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, particularly in managing multiple sites or 3PL facilities
- A solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and improve operational KPIs
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and partners
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- 7+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles
- Prior experience managing 3PL partners and multi-site warehouse operations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SLA-based operations, performance management, and commercial coordination
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting/dashboard tools
- Experience improving operational processes and driving efficiency across warehouse networks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
