We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Architect to join our dynamic architectural team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D modeling, detailed drawing in CAD, and using SketchUp for layout work. The candidate should be passionate about design and willing to collaborate with other architects while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world architectural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling & Design: Develop 3D models using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, D5 and other tools to support the design and visualization process.
- Detailed Drawings: Prepare architectural drawings in CAD, ensuring precision and accuracy for construction and design purposes.
- Presentation Drawings: Create visually compelling and clear presentation drawings for client meetings, including conceptual sketches, diagrams, and renderings.
- Collaboration with Team: Work closely with senior architects and other team members to ensure the integration of design concepts with practical site conditions.
- Site Condition Review: Assist in verifying site conditions and ensuring that architectural designs align with the actual site context.
- Rendering (Bonus): If skilled in rendering, assist in creating realistic visualizations to enhance project presentations.
- Software Knowledge: Stay current with industry-standard architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp,Lumion,D5 etc.) and bring fresh ideas to improve workflow.
