About the Role
We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruitment Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and workforce-level positions across client requirements.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and comfortable sourcing candidates through field hiring, job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp, social media, recruitment drives, and local networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client manpower requirements, job profiles, locations, salary structures, and joining timelines.
- Source candidates for blue-collar, frontline, operational and entry-level positions.
- Handle high-volume recruitment and achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability based on experience, skills, location, salary, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and retention.
- Conduct recruitment drives and coordinate with local sourcing partners when required.
- Develop candidate networks through WhatsApp groups, referrals, local communities, institutes, job fairs and field sourcing.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams on hiring status and requirements.
- Track candidate dropouts and develop strategies to improve joining ratios.
- Support bulk hiring requirements and urgent manpower closures.

Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in blue-collar, volume, frontline, staffing or recruitment hiring.
- Experience handling bulk hiring will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of local candidate sourcing channels.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and hiring targets.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable with recruitment MIS, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based sourcing.
- Candidates from staffing agencies, recruitment consultancies, BPO/KPO recruitment, logistics, manufacturing, retail or facility management hiring are preferred.
