We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive with a strong background in Real Estate SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads for real estate websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for real estate projects and websites.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research based on market trends and user intent.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta titles, descriptions, content optimization, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Optimize local SEO by managing Google Business Profiles, local citations, and location-based keywords.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and implement best SEO practices.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO, with strong expertise in Real Estate SEO.
- Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, website performance optimization, and schema markup.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
