Skills Required
- Good Communication and Socializing skills to keep healthy relations with new and existing clients on chat/phone/emails.
- Having knowledge regarding online bidding portals like #UPWORK, #GURU etc.
- Indepth knowledge of IT industry current and trending subjects
- Ability to keep attention to details
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Ability to negotiate and stay calm under pressure
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- To Identify new leads, pitching related services and maintaining healthy relationships with existing customers
- Creating the compelling proposals and providing the quotes to the client
- To understand the client requirements while keeping attention to details
- Ensuring the sales goals are met
- Follow up with clients and sending the updates and reports
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Creating new strategies and ways to find and reach the potential prospects
- Working collaboratively in a team, following the guidelines and contributing to the expansion and growth of the company.
