Role title - Next Frontier – Quantum Workstream PMO
Position Summary:
As the workstream PMO, you will lead operational execution, financial governance, and delivery coordination across Quantum initiatives within the Next Frontier program. The role focuses on enabling scale, driving governance, and ensuring alignment across global stakeholders while supporting innovation use cases, client engagement, and internal product development.
Key responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery across Quantum workstream initiatives aligned to scope, timelines, and outcomes
Define program structure, milestones, and execution cadence across global teams
Drive execution discipline, track KPIs, and ensure transparent reporting
Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and enable timely decisions
Financial Management & Commercial Governance
Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking (actuals vs plan)
Lead monthly financial reviews, billing validation, and variance analysis
Manage vendor spend, operational costs, and cost optimization initiatives
Provide forward-looking insights (e.g., MLO) to support leadership decisions
Enable commercial reporting through CRM and finance data consolidation
Resource & Workforce Management
Lead workforce planning, staffing, and capacity management
Oversee resource onboarding, transitions, and SOW/Change Request alignment
Track utilization, demand pipeline, and delivery coverage
Ensure structured team alignment through regular planning and tracking cadence
Vendor & Procurement Management
Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, renewals)
Drive procurement processes, including PO creation and invoice tracking
Coordinate with legal and procurement for contract execution
Monitor vendor performance, cost efficiency, and compliance
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to EY risk, independence, and governance requirements
Lead independence (BRIDGE) and support internal risk assessment processes
Identify program risks and drive mitigation actions
Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance tracking
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Establish standardized PMO processes across finance, resources, and vendors
Drive reporting cadence with clear dashboards and leadership insights
Enable pipeline visibility and performance tracking through CRM reporting
Ensure alignment across delivery, operations, and leadership stakeholders
Process Improvement & Leadership Enablement
Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Support governance forums and leadership reviews with actionable insights
Act as central coordination point across global stakeholders
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
Analyse delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives and escalate proactively.
Support prioritisation and sequencing decisions through data‑driven analysis and insights.
Provide structured recommendations based on performance trends and portfolio data.
Ensure transparency of operational performance through consistent analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/ Finance.
Preferably MBA
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in program operations, PMO, or portfolio management roles.
Experience in supporting senior leadership in complex, multi‑stream initiatives.
Experienced working in global, matrixed delivery environments preferred.

Should be flexible and open to provide overlap into US-Central work timings
